How do I keep track of my cashback more precisely?

A.  We would strongly recommend downloading and utilizing our BigGo Mobile App to shop. The BigGo App would greatly reduce pop-ups or other types of interference and thus we may keep track of your orders with greater precision.

Why wasn’t my cashback recorded?

A. 
  • If you have installed any Plugins and/or Extensions in your browser, they may override over your referral/tracking code automatically. Our system will be unable to identify and prevent your cashback funds to be transferred to a fraudulent account. We would highly suggest you to disable or remove those plugins before you make the purchase to avoid these situations and keep your account safe!
  • If you happened to click onto another website before completing your purchase, your referral/tracking code will no longer be valid.
  • After more than 20 minutes of inactivity, your cashback tracking code may expire and lead to our system not being able to track any made purchases.
  • Our website is only able to track purchases when redirected the retailer’s website upon clicking. Moreover, any purchases not directly placed on the retailer’s site (Ex. Making a purchase through mobile apps), will be considered ineligible for cashback because our system is unable to track those placed orders.
  • Please wait up to 12-24 hours for our system to verify the cashback eligibility of the order. However, it takes up 30 days for some websites to finish the verification process.
  • Please kindly send other screenshots of your order via email if and when the verification process takes longer than usual.

How much cashback will I receive if the amount is not a round number?

A.  The cashback amount will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
